"TOP FIVE BASS BOYS"

"Normally i don't ask much from my listeners. An hour of their time per month. Maybe a complementary e-mail every week or two. But you may just need to pull out the headphones and crank the bass because today's show is my love letter to the bass guitar in all of it's low-frequency goodness."

*Artist Include: ???

*Features Include: "Top Five"...duh.

"The concept is fairly simple. Today's show will be filled with un-polished nuggets, off-the-cuff compositions, and musical revelations that were, for one reason or another, never included as part of the bands official cannon of releases. "

*Artist Include: Joe Cocker, Simon and Garfunkel, and Creedence Clearwater Revival.

"LYRICS SHMYRICS"

"Despite the snarky title, the goal of today's show is not to bash the idea of great song lyrics. The goal is to put lyrics in it's proper place and to deliver a little perspective concerning this question: just how important are the words which accompany the Classic Rock music we so love and appreciate?"

*Artist Include: Pink Floyd, Procul Harum, Creedence Clearwater Revival.

*Features Include: "That's a Double Whammy!" and a very special guest interview.

"TOP FIVE: CLASSIC ROCK CROONERS"

It's pretty self-explanatory what this episode is about: my top five classic rock vocalists. What you need to keep in mind is that this is not American Idol. It's not primarily a singing competition. Any pop star can belt out a song in the right pitch. Vocal ability is, of course, a pre-requisite, but it's more than that. It's range of emotion. It's versatility. It's art...and a whole lot of other stuff that Simon Cowell pretends to care about.

*Artists include: ???

*Features include: "Good News", "Ask Professor Lopez".
